Mandate

  • To formulate and advocate for policies with positive impact on public health in the area of Reproductive Health, Child and Adolescent Health , Nutrition and Vaccines and Immunization
  • To develop and disseminate national public health standards and guidelines on the above areas
  • To create an enabling environment for provision of these health interventions by public, private and faith-based providers
  • To promote and protect all in Kenya from preventable causes of ill health in the above areas
  • To build capacity of the counties in the areas of Reproductive, Child and Adolescent Health, Nutrition and Immunization in order to effectively deliver services
